Terms and Conditions
‍A $5.00 administration fee is charged for all cancellations. The balance of the deposit will be refunded for all booking cancellations up to 48 hours prior to arrival without further penalty (i.e. before 10am CST two days before arrival date). Changes & cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival (i.e. after 10am CST two days prior to arrival date) will result in the forfeit of the deposit to the equivalent of the value of the first nights accommodation.
